Halloween Nail Art Challenge: Scary Movies

Helloooo and welcome to prompt one of the Halloween Nail Art Challenge! I know I'm a bit late but I promise Day 2 will be right on time (as in, tomorrow).

Day 1 meant Scary Movies. Yeah. I hate scary movies. They scare me! After asking around a bit and not being happy with any of the suggestions (most people suggested the mask from Scream or intricate designs that I knew I would never be able to do), I knew I needed to think outside the box. So, I went with an Ouija board design! Because, let's face it-  each movie that features an Ouija board teaches us it's Not A Good Idea.

For those of you unfamiliar with Ouija boards, here is an example:
Source: Wikipedia
Fun fact: when researching designs for Ouija boards, I learned that the heart-shaped thingy that moves over the board is called a Planchette. Who knew? Not me.

From Wikipedia:
The Ouija board (WEE-jə) also known as a spirit board or talking board, is a flat board marked with the letters of the alphabet, the numbers 0-9, the words "yes", "no", "hello" (occasionally), and "goodbye", along with various symbols and graphics. (....)
It uses a planchette (small heart-shaped piece of wood) or movable indicator to indicate the spirit's message by spelling it out on the board during a séance. Participants place their fingers on the planchette, and it is moved about the board to spell out words. (...)
Mainstream religions and some occultists have associated use of a Ouija board with the concept of demonic possession, and view the use of the board as a spiritual threat and have cautioned their followers not to use a Ouija board.
Despite being criticized by the scientific community and deemed superstitious by traditional Christians, Ouija remains popular among many people.
So. Here is my mani:
Believe me, I will be thrilled when my nail art brushes arrive, hopefully next week. If you look at my pinky finger, you'll know what I mean.
I was expecting the planchette to pop out more as I matted everything else. Unfortunately, no such luck.

I used: The New Black Gold Grenade, OPI German-icure by OPI, Essie Licorice, Miss Sporty matte top coat

I loved this first prompt of the challenge! So exciting do do another challenge and can't wait to see what everyone else has come up with.
