Ezio Nails

Hello again =)
Posing on my leopard print handbag, the little rascal

Is there anything easier to find on the interwebs than cats? Cat movies, cat memes, cat nail art?

I have joined the craze! It was time to pay tribute to our geeky Assassin =)

Here he is, the inspiration for this nail art ->

Unfortunately he wouldn't pose like this for me as I was doing my nails, so I had to draw him from memory.

And here are my Ezio nails. As always- click to enlarge =)

The base is Catrice Steel My Heart. This is a brushed metal effect, you can see this if you enlarge the above pictures. I didn't like it all that much when I first wore it but it worked quite well as a base for Ezio =)
Black & white are stripers. The eyes are Boujois Lime Catwalk. CATwalk =D

Have you ever done any animal nail art? Or even pet nail art? =)

Valentine NAC Day 10: Inspired

Pretties,

it's Day Ten of the Valentine Nail Art Challenge! Can you believe it's over?

For today the challenge was to do a mani that was inspired by one of the other participants. Wow, it was so hard to pick from all the gorgeous mani's =)

I decided to 'recreate' the Hearts mani from Rachael over at Racho's Nail Love:

Find her mani here.

This is what I made:

I loved how Rachael had struggled with the theme, then managed to find a way to incorporate the hearts into a mani that would still be true to herself. Kudos!
As you can see, I used slightly different colours. Also, my nails are way shorter ;-)

Well. That's it for this challenge. I had so much fun! And just a bit of frustration ;-) Thanks to datyorkLOVES for hosting this challenge =)

Don't forget to check the final entries for this challenge. The link thingy closed, so check out the links at Day 9 for more entries that might have been posted after it closed.

Simple Chic

A French manicure with a dotted twist =)

I started this mani by just dotting Catrice Dirty Berry and Rimmel Ultra Violet on two coats of Essie Allure.

Picture with flash
I decided it just wasn't quite cool enough so I added some more dots in a lighter shade of purple.

Picture without flash
Quick, easy and it looked quite fancy =)

I used: Essie Allure, Catrice Dirty Berry, Rimmel Ultra Violet, Essence Dress for a Moment

GA Suze: Summer in my Backyard

Another mani by Suze. She is spending summer in her garden, swimming with my b-i-l and nephew. Inspired by the lovely colours and the sunshine, she made this bright mani.

No, the beads were not coloured with the polish ;-)
I used these colours
